City advises of critical electricity supply maintenance in Belgravia Estate, Crawford, Newfields and Lansdowne

The City advises residents in Belgravia Estate, Crawford, Newfields and Lansdowne of upcoming critical electricity supply interruptions for infrastructure maintenance, which will be carried out from 11 September 2025. The City apologises for any inconvenience caused while the essential maintenance is being carried out.

It is important to note that interruptions to supply will only impact the highlighted areas on the maps and only on the relevant date. The work will be carried out from 08:30 to 16:30, if all goes to plan. Please double-check the area maps to see if your street is affected by the planned work. The listed streets, as well as those in the immediate surrounding area, will be affected as indicated on the maps.

This is important maintenance of critical electricity infrastructure in the Belgravia Estate, Crawford, Newfields and Lansdowne areas. The maintenance work ensures a reliable electricity supply for residents in the area.

The electricity supply could be restored at any time and customers must please treat all electrical installations as live for the full duration of the planned maintenance work. Residents are encouraged to switch off appliances as a precaution to avoid damage caused by power surges when the power comes back on.
